Fixed return Year after Year*
Let us say, you invest in one project of $100,000.00 ( one
hundred thousand), Your total yearly return is $15,000.00 and
you will receive monthly $1,250.00 return month after month.
This is for illustration purposes only. Your actual return will vary
based on terms, project profitability.
Equity Partner
Let us say, you invest in one project of $100,000.00 ( one
hundred thousand) as equity partner and project value is two
million dollars. Your equity position is 5%. You will get 5% profit
from project and of course 5% future appreciation/depreciation.
Remember, you are investing in commercial real estate property
and historically values of commercial real estate are up and up
but of course past performance is not a guarantee of future
results.
We manage the business and do reasonable efforts to make it
more profitable.
To minimize your investments risks, we only offer up to 20% equity
investment to investors while we retain 80% of the project. So we have
huge stake in the project. It is in our best interest to keep project
profitable and maintain positive cash flow.
